Returns Policy

Brand New items:

Global Music Connection accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for an incorrect choice or if you have changed your mind. Anything over 30 days cannot be returned. If your purchase is broken or not working, it will fall under the Warranty returns which are differ from product to product. Global Music Connection will explain the warranty for new items upon purchase, however if in doubt, please contact us for confirmation via the Contact Us facility.

New items can be exchanged upon satisfying any warranty requirements.

Second Hand items:

Second hand items cannot be returned, however please don’t hesitate to contact us, as certain items may be returned upon negotiation and inspection by Global Music Connection.

All Returns:

To return your item(s) please use the Contact Us facility online, and we will organise the return.

Exchanges and returns where a change of mind or mistake has taken place will need to be freighted by the customer to Global Music Connection at their cost within 7 days of purchase.

Items which are faulty or broken (and covered by warranty) will be picked up or freight organised by Global Music Connection.

All approved returns will require:

  • You have valid tax invoice or proof of purchase;
  • The product is in re-saleable condition;
  • The product has not been used or damaged; and
  • Proof of warranty currency (if applicable)

Return of funds to the customer is via the direct deposit or cash. Depending on your banking institution, it can take several days for funds to appear in your bank account

Damaged upon receipt:

Please use the Contact Us facility to discuss items that are damaged on arrival (DOA) or during transit as they will need to be dealt with on an individual basis. You will need to contact Global Music Connection within 7 days of delivery if something is damaged in transit or DOA.

Items not covered for exchange/return:

Any item misused or damaged by the customer is not covered by our return policy. This includes but is not exclusive to:

  • Deliberate misuse of the product;
  • Using the product for something other than its intended use;
  • Having the item repaired or inspected by an unauthorised repairman before a return approval is granted by Global Music Connection; and
  • Damaging the product in an accident or fire. Global Music Connection cannot be held responsible for any product once the customer has taken possession of it.
